Michael Dinda founded Johnnie's Place in memory of his son John (1994–2024). After John's passing, Michael channeled his grief into purpose — building the organization he wished had existed for John and families like his.

"I could just grieve him terribly forever, which I will, or I could also redirect that pain and loss into something meaningful, purposeful and positive."

Michael brings decades of experience in business and community leadership to his role as Chairman and President. He is committed to building a replicable model for safe, community-centered housing for adults with autism — one that can serve families across the country.
